Cousin Leroy's BBQ Sauces   

Many have asked why I don't enter BBQ contest? My answer has always been the same I make sauce. Grilling or smoking meat is something completely different. I have always said that sauce can be added to many dishes. Meat is a dish that you can add sauce to.
